What should I use: SEO consulting or SEO analysis?

It depends on your goals. SEO analysis is useful for new websites or the websites which have never received any of SEO work. SEO analysis would give them the initial plan of SEO campaign. SEO consulting is more useful for those who are already doing optimization of their website but got stuck with some problems or questions.

Why you don't offer turn-key SEO services?

We're confident that almost everyone is able to do SEO by himself. Everything a webmaster needs for a successful SEO is the initial point to start with and timely recommendations on how to deal with problematic situations.

Can you guarantee that my website will rank higher in search engines after your consultation/analysis?

We can't give you such guarantees. The point is that only search engines themselves rank websites. Our researches and reports create a background for your activity so you can work on improving your rankings. All in all it's up to you -- how actively you to fulfil them.

Do you offer phone consultations?

By default we do not offer phone consultation. According to our experience it's better when to have a written report instead of a phone conversation. A written report may be reviewed many times after you receive it, and the information from a phone conversation might be lost partially. However if you're in need of a phone conversation please mention about it while filling the order form.

How many hours of SEO consulting should I get?

It depends on a situation. Some websites might require only 1-2-hour of reviewing to accomplish a consultation. But sometimes it may take 5-10 hours or several hours of consultations on a weekly/monthly basis in order to find out a solution for your SEO problem. So just fill the order form and we'll get back to you with the quote.

Why the prices for SEO analysis are so different?

It depends on a website's complexity. If you run a several-page website - it'd be quite easy for us to analyze it. In this case you will probably need to pay the cheapest price ($99 -- one time fee). On the other hand an analysis of a huge website, portal or e-commerce resource would take much more time and resources. In such cases the price would be higher.

What is your refund policy?

After we receive money from a client we start an analyzing process. Sometimes it takes many hours of our working time. As the result of our work a client receives a report with answers, advices and recommendations. As you understand it's impossible to return an advice or an answer, so unfortunately we can not offer refunds. However in some cases we may discuss the possibility of a partial refund or compensation. Anyway, if you're not satisfied with our work - please contact us and we'll definitely find a way out.
